Visiting Gymnasts

COMPULSORY TEAM

Includes Developmental Program Levels 3-5. Each of our Compulsory Levels have specific coaches, practice days, hours and groups. Visiting gymnasts should request to practice with the level they are currently training in at their home gym.

Level 3

Please request to join our Level 3 Team if your visiting gymnast is able to perform Level 2 skills, and is currently training at the USAG Level 3 level.

PRACTICE DAYS AND TIMES:

Mondays: 3:30 - 6:30pm
Wednesdays: 3:30 - 6:30pm
Fridays: 3:30 - 6:30pm

Level 3 - Request to Join Form

Level 4

Please request to join our Level 4 Team if your visiting gymnast is able to perform Level 3 skills, and is currently training at the USAG Level 4 level.

PRACTICE DAYS AND TIMES:

Wednesdays: 3:30 - 7:00pm
Fridays: 3:30 - 7:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00 - 1:30pm

Level 4 - Request to Join Form

Level 5

Please request to join our Level 5 Team if your visiting gymnast is able to perform Level 4 skills, and is currently training at the USAG Level 5 level.

Mondays: 4:00 - 8:00pm
Tuesdays: 4:00 - 8:00pm
Wednesdays: 4:00 - 8:00pm
Thursdays: 4:00 - 8:00pm
Fridays: 4:00 - 8:00pm

Level 5 - Request to Join Form

OPTIONAL TEAM

Includes Developmental Program Levels 6-10 and Elite. All of our Optional levels practice together in a single group, with the same coaches, practice days and hours.

If your gymnast is training at one of the USAG Optional levels, they will be welcome to train with our Optional Team.

Levels 6-10 and Elite

Please request to join our Optional Team if your gymnast has competed in all Compulsory levels and is training, at least, all Level 6 skills.

XCEL TEAM

Includes Xcel Levels Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each of our Xcel Levels have specific practice days, hours and groups. Visiting gymnasts should request to practice with the level they are currently training in at their home gym.

Xcel Silver
