Let us help you celebrate your special day with a gymnastics party!

"How long are the parties?"

Birthday parties at Kokokahi are 2 hours long. Your party guests will enjoy 1.5 hours of gymnastics lead by our staff, followed by 30 minutes of food, cake and gifts.

"What do I need to provide?"

What Kokokahi provides:

1. Tables and chairs for guests
2. Refrigerator/freezer
3. Microwave and sink

What you provide:

1. Food
2. Beverages
3. Cake!
4. Decor for lobby

*No piñatas please!

"How many guest can I invite?"

You can invite up to 30 guests!

The number of Kokokahi coaches is dependent on the number of guests.

Coach to Guest Breakdown:

10 guests = 1 Coach
11-20 guests = 2 Coaches
21-30 guests = 3 Coaches

"How much do parties cost?"

The cost to host a birthday party is $250 for the gym rental, and $75 per coach needed.

10 guests = 1 Coach (+ $75)
11-20 guests = 2 Coaches (+ $150)
21-30 guests = 3 Coaches (+ $225)

"When can I have my party?"

Parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00-5:00pm or 4:00-6:00pm.

"How do I register for my party?"

Ready to get your party started? AWESOME! Here are the steps to register:

Step 1:
Complete and sign the Birthday Party registration form, and email to [email protected]

Step 2:
Submit your $250 deposit to reserve your day and time (Deposit is applied to total fee!)

Step 3:
Complete the Waiver of Liability and get written parental permission for each participant.

Step 4:
HAVE FUN & PARTY!

"Are adults allowed on the equipment?"

Adults are not allowed on any gymnastics equipment at any time, although they may assist their child under age 3.
