Who: Adults, 18+ years old
When: Starting in August 2026: Tuesday/Thursday 7:00pm - 9:00pm and Friday 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Cost: $25/class (we now accept Venmo payments!)
or buy a punch card: 10 classes for $225 and come as often as you'd like. 11th class is free!

INSURANCE REQUIRED:REGISTER FOR YOUR AAU INSURANCE:
If you are over 21, AAU insurance is your personal coverage and allows us to let you in the gym for gymnastics. Please click the link below and register as an adult athlete.
