GENERAL ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Kokokahi recreational gymnastics is an on-going program. We do not close during school breaks.
You are automatically enrolled in upcoming monthly sessions of gymnastics.
We require written notice 30 days in advance of your ending enrollment at Kokokahi.
If you wish to change your child's enrollment in any way (add or drop a class, switch days, stop attending, break for soccer, vacation, etc...) please inform the office immediately. We do not place accounts on "hold."
Unless we hear from you, we assume you are continuing with gymnastics classes, however, if you do not attend for 4 consecutive classes without prior notification you will be removed from the class. You will still be responsible for any charges incurred while enrolled.
Mahalo in advance for keeping us informed!
Many of our classes are full at this time. If you would like to be added to the waitlist please email email@example.com with the following information: 1) Child's full name 2) Parent/guardian's full name 3) Class days/times you're interested in 4) Phone number 5) email address 6) any other pertinent information you may think we need.
You must create an account here on our website to be added to the waitlist. From the main page, under "register" click on "create account."
Once a spot opens in the class you requested, we will give you a call and email you. We will hold the spot for 24 hours while we wait for a call back to confirm. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we’ll move to the next person, but you will not be removed from the waiting list. We will try again when the next spot opens up.
For our Recreational Program , our payment schedule is broken down into monthly sessions. Payment is due on the first of every month. Tuition varies depending on the type of class and how many days you wish to come per week.
We highly recommend setting up auto-draft. Call us if you need help setting it up.
*We offer sibling discounts. This discount applies to every sibling in the immediate family only.
A $15.00 late fee will be applied if tuition is not paid by the 8th of the month.
Makeup classes are available for all Rec students who are unable to attend their scheduled class time.
Makeups are on a space available basis and are not guaranteed.
Students are permitted to do a maximum of 1 makeup per month. Makeups must be scheduled after the student has missed their regular class and must be made up within one month of the missed class.
Please note that students must be currently enrolled in classes and tuition fully paid to be eligible for makeups. There will be no pro-rated tuition for any missed classes.
We have a very limited amount of parking available. When dropping off or picking up your keiki, please do not park in the lane and block other vehicles trying to drive through. The first stall is for dropping off and turning around only. Please do not park there.
Parking in front of other businesses is not advised. This includes Ko'olau Plaza, Discount Windows and Doors, and Yamashiro's Building Supply. Surrounding businesses are privately operated and come and go as they please. Even though their doors are shut, it does not mean that they are closed and gone for the day.
A couple of ways to help alleviate the parking situation:
-If you live close enough, walking or biking to and from Kokokahi is a good form of exercise
-Carpool with a friend
If you are one of the lucky ones who is able to snag a parking spot, please:
-Pull all the way into the parking stall
-Stay within the parking stall lines
-Turn off your engine
Mahalo for your kokua!
