This has made it the longest continually running meet on our island, and the longest running international gymnastics invitational in the country! This is your invitation to take part in one of the greatest meet experiences you and your gymnasts will ever have.

What is Aloha Gymfest?
A sanctioned USA Gymnastics (USAG) meet, held on the island of 'Oahu.
When is Aloha Gymfest?
It's held over the three-day Martin Luther King U.S. federal holiday in January, every year. It is observed on the third Monday of January each year, which is around King's birthday, January 15th. The earliest Monday for this holiday is January 15th, and the latest is January 21st.
Where is Aloha Gymfest held?
Last year it was held at Kalaheo High School on the Windward side of O'ahu, being approximately 25 minutes from Waikiki. Due to the current Covid-19 situation the location is still TBD, but will be held in either Kailua, or Kaneohe, HI.
Registration & Cost Information?
Registrations are due by the last day of November. The cost is $140.00 USD per gymnast.
Payment: Checks should be mailed to our mailing address (shown at the bottom of this page). Credit card payments may be accepted, please call our office for further details.
Kokokahi Gymnastics Team reserves the right to refuse registration or entry of teams or individuals at our discretion; for reasons that include, but are not limited to: safety, limitations of space, insurance coverage and sportsmanship.
Cancellations due to Covid-19 will be subject to a full refund.
Information for teams from outside the United States
Teams visiting from outside the United States have some extra steps that need to be done.
Foreign Athlete Registration Number - This is obtained by contacting USA Gymnastics directly, and KGT has no involvement in the processing or distributing of these numbers. You may find a copy of the required form here.
It is recommended that foreign teams obtain and read a copy of the Junior Olympics Technical Handbook, which can be purchased through USAG. Click here to go to their website.
